Back when I started DJing, wedding DJs and other DJs were two very different types. To be a wedding DJ you didn’t even have to know how to mix, you just had to have the cheesy songs that everyone loves. It was believed to be creatively restricting. But now weddings are different, people are breaking tradition, and want a club vibe after dinner is done. And while the “cheesy” hits are still important, there’s a tasteful way to play them.

I do about 40 weddings a year, and have for the past 10 years. It’s an absolute honor to be a part of an event that is so important to so many people.

There are so many great wedding DJs to choose from these days, it’s hard to decide who to choose. What I feel sets me apart from the rest is my technical skillset. When I’m not DJing events, I do A/V (Audio and Video) for large scale events. Lots of corporate events, and lots of concerts and live entertainment. There is no room for error when it comes to making these performers and presenters look and sound their best. It’s necessary to have the right equipment, and know how to use it. That’s why I make sure that for all of my events, I use the best equipment, and I keep my skillset sharp and up to date. You can rest assured that from a technical standpoint, you’re in good hands.

As for the entertainment I provide, I combine my 20+ years of DJing in SFs biggest and best nightclubs, with my 5 years of DJing and teaching DJ lessons on cruise ships, and do my best to read the crowd, and deliver the best and most memorable party I possibly can. But every audience is different, and most weddings only offer a short time to dance.
